Returns Policy

If you cancel before the dispatch of any items your money will be refunded and the items will not be delivered. To cancel, email us at info@madeandtold.com and we will cancel the order.

We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged items within 14 days of you receiving them, provided the item has not been used. We will not cover the postage costs for returning or exchanging an item.

Refunds will be made via the payment method used in the initial purchase once we have accepted your returned item(s).


Faulty Items

Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged. Any fault must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

How to return your purchase

1. Contact us and let us know that you need to make a return.

2. Post your item to the address we will give you in our correspondence.

3. We will refund the cost of the item and the original shipping cost, but the shipping costs for returning the product to us will be covered by the buyer.
